He has 3 small parts, and enjoys each one of them.
The hardest part for me was teaching him clarinet so he could play for 10 seconds.
I feel like I deserve a medal. It just doesn't work when I try to teach him instruments. I should have remembered when I tried to teach him piano for 6 months.

Congratulations to both of you!
ReplyDeleteSo excited that I will be there for at least one performance. I am arriving early on the 8th so buy me a ticket for that night or closing night on the 9th. So excited!
ReplyDeleteI liked Natalie Wood in the movie, Gypsy. I have never seen the show live on stage and am going to miss it since I can't get back in time.
ReplyDeleteI love the song, "Ya gotta have a gimmick". Those women were so over the top!
And of course, "Let me entertain you" is a show stopper.
Community theatre keeps bringing back shows like these. Audience are lucky.

Marcia? I was just thinking about your own career in the arts. Don't you play the piano? And an instrument? And sing? And tap dance? And act?
ReplyDeleteYou are a musical-theatre show on your own!

Jack of all trades, master of none, perfect example of that saying are my stage talents.
