Greg and I took a tour to the Tokyo Tower.

The tour description was that we could “play in the Tokyo sky”

We had no idea where we were going but it t was the night sky that beckoned us when the boat finally docked.

... snapping the financial district from a bus window ...

 A long trip to Tokyo, a drive by the Emperor’s Residence, a drive through the financial district -- the biggest financial district I have ever seen.
