Usually Mary is with her kids, or visiting her mother-in-law, or taking care of me.  So here is the rare occasion when she visits Michael, Alice and Betty Johnson.

I am going to use Mary's height to approximately measure how tall the kids are getting.  I might have missed at least 4 inches of growth in each of them this winter.  

Oh that spring were here and we were out running by the stream or bounding down the lakeward steps.  That will come soon enough.

Tell me, Mary, were  you picking up hides to tan, ort was this just a friendly visit?
