Just a small post to present the photos from Michaels birthday dinner.
For his birthday, first we did a birthday at home with the family. Miranda had bought presents. One of those presents being a game called Exit. We played that together for a few hours until bed time. a fun little puzzle game where you use a bit of logic and then present your answer to an answer wheel. The wheel telling you if you've made it to the next stage.
A few days later, Michael invited three friends over to play electronics. A few kids that I've seen before. His plan was to have friends over, walk to confederation park together, and then play electronics for a few hours. So adorable. Once they got home from their walk, I drove them to 7-11 quickly for some slurpees, and then they played electronics and ate freshly baked cookies for a few hours.
One of the moms, hilariously, stayed close by and sat in her car. So on their walk to confed they actually walked passed her car. She stayed around for 3-4 hours. Seemed a bit funny.
Lastly we ate at Nicks Steak House. Joan, Chris, Andrew, Great Grandma Joan, and our family sat eating delicious Nicks food. We did our rounds of "favorite part of the birthday boy" and then went home. A nice dinner out.
I'll also attach a photo of him right after his latest hair cut. So adorable.
Oh man, so many great celebrations. I wish I had been there. Is that purple in Michael's hair? I love it. Look great on him.
ReplyDeleteAlso, stop it! How can he be 13? Last time I got to celebrate with Michael I think Miranda made a 12 sided die cake.
ReplyDeletehappy birthday Michael!
