Christmas Shopping -- the best part

... at least the choices at MacDonalds are easy ...

Catherine and I went shopping with Hebe who has a long list of people for whom she wishes to buy gifts.

We started off by looking for outfits for the 18 inch doll.

Hebe got stuck making choices since there were so many good outfits and it was no longer what she wanted, but what she thought someone else wanted.  Now that is a hard pick.

She turned to her mother to help make the choices, but Catherine was not going to involve herself in deciding between the costume with fairy wings and the ballerina tutu and ballet slippers.

So many hard calls.

... getting ready to leave the MacDonalds sanctuary ...

By the time I caught up with the two of them they had settled down in MacDonalds.

That is easy to do since every Walmart has a MacDonalds these days.

"Do you do this often," I asked Catherine.  "Take Hebe to MacDonalds?"

"Rarely to never," Catherine said.

Hard to believe since the two of them seemed pretty comfortable there.

Our Christmas shopping will continue .... watch for next week.
