makes me happy. i have so many childhood memories of being in the library.
ReplyDeleteThe new central library has a net attached to a low ceiling that children can swing across. There are large holes in a wall that they can climb through and a set of stairs that go up to I-don't-know-where. As well there is a carpet with scenes on it, along which you can push your toy cars. And there are all kinds of stacking bricks -- on the floor, in bins, on tables, beside chairs, and in buckets. This is just a fun place to be, and that is not even counting the books that are there.
