Brownies are among my favourite choices in the category of chocolate. How to make them is such a personal preference. Do you have your favourite recipe, Ria?
I have mine. Made from scratch, of course. I was trying to convince Bonnie that the only way to make them from the package is by buying the Ghirardelli brownie mix at Costco, especially when it comes on sale. Such a good buy and such a great back-up if a person needs a snack. The only thing I don't like about that package, is its long cooking time, and then it needs to cool a bit, as opposed to the quick cooking time of mine (33 minutes) and then mine can be eating the minute it comes out of the oven, as it often is.
But the sides are the best - denser and chewier!
