There is a game going on in the front room called Near and Far.
Sometimes there is raucous laughter.
At other times is it so quiet that I open the door to see if all have gone to bed.
They haven’t.
They say they are having fun for it is a game of cooperation and it doesn’t matter who wins.
Then they all laugh and say that only the losers say that.
The winners are very happy to win.
