Naomi Books is the Cat in the Hat in her high school’s production in Lethbridge.
Gabe Treleaven is Horton the Elephant in his production done by The Centre for Performing and Visual Arts at Central Memorial High School.
I saw the Calgary show tonight. It was full of energy – lots of good songs, excellent acting, perfect diction in difficult songs and such wonderful dancing.

Wyona was afraid there might be some kind of construction or accident obstruction on Crowchild, so we gave ourselves plenty of time to get there.
The costumes were colourful.
The ensembles sang like angels: the monkeys, the birds, Horton and Gertrude, and Mr. & Mrs Mayor – besides great choruses that included all of the little people from Whoville.

Zach had his concert last night at the Jubilee Auditorium.
I missed that event.
So wonderful to have so much to do that a person can’t get to it all!
