Happy Birthday David Alfred

Hey All from Moiya:

It has been another busy day out. Got home to make a cake for David and get the steak dinner ready. We had a lovely salad with butter lettuce and all of the fixings: carrots, onions and mushrooms on top of the steak, and home made buns and baked potatoes.

I made a beautiful large fresh wreath from all of the branches that came down in the Vaughn's yard during the huge wind storm they had prior to us arriving. It was a scary storm. David got up on to the roof and brushed everything off of the roof and found a hole in the roof from one of the branches that came down. It has been repaired.

We are heading homeward tomorrow and will be staying in Langley tomorrow night arriving home on Thursday. Several stops are anticipated on the way home. We have some things to do. So continue having a lovely December all.
