There is so much going on in this picture, that it got a big gasp from me when Rebecca forwarded it to me. The print you can see on the wall sat in her basement for a long time, then it went to the art store to be framed, then we picked it up and took it to the University of Victoria, and now it is up on the wall outside of her office -- a joy for everyone to see. This is a print of the art work done by Rebecca's colleague in the "I Testify Project" -- Shane's art work and Rebecca's legal response.
In front of the print is purple dress, a project handed in for Business Associations class -- in this case a response to a book. The price tag on the dress says $3. If you lift the skirt, there are 20 or so other tags hanging from the skirt, showing the real cost of such a dress.
