Getting the sailboat out on the lake - take one

One of Leo's highlights of time at the lake is getting out in the sailboat. After tracking down the sails and rigging from Glen, Leo set sail (of course anyone who has set up the sailboat for the season knows there's lots of work getting the mast back up and the boat to the water).

Our first attempt to sail was quickly aborted because the wind suddenly picked up.  What had been a great breeze turned to the beginnings of a storm very quickly.

The next day he tried again.

  1. Hard not to find myself imagining "me" on the boat. The images are beautiful. Thank you, Mary.
