I will teach him how and when to give someone a gift, "that comes all the way from Alberta" (In his case, from Florida).
I will tell him a story on the way to school of how you can think on your feet and how he can too because he is related to you (eg "I am a Martian!") Happy 39th!
I am having an awesome birthday so far. It began with snuggles with my beatiful kids and a walk with them to school.
ReplyDeleteThen I got to work and got a free large cappaccino from the coffee shop in my building because it was my birthday. Love free coffee.
Then I got up to my office and one friend had decorated my computer screen with a mulit-coloured silk flower lei (OK, maybe they were plastic, not silk), another friend had brought me the last of her home-made chocolates (like 10!!!!) that we made together before Christmas, and another friend had brought me a bouquet of birthday flowers!!! How spoiled am I.
All that to say, I had a cappacino and home-made olympian cream chocolates for my birthday, surrounded by flowers and friends. What could have been more perfect?
