Artisan Breads

I must just love making Artisan breads.
I wonder what they will look like when they are baked?

I wonder if they will taste good.
I put whole-wheat flour all purpose flour, oregano, rosemary, and garlic powder
 in the round submarine buns.

The buns that are lighter have oregano, Parmesan cheese, and bread flour.

  2. One more thing about your bread making, Moiya. I was there when you were doing a submarine bun and you were brushing the tops of the buns with egg whites and sprinkling sesame seeds on top, just before they were going into the oven. Have you put that recipe up on larchkitchens.blogspot.ca as well. I go out there often to find something good to make. Many of the recipes come from the Wood Family Blog and they are delicious.
