Exhibition Football in Vancouver

... suited up for the trip ...

Alex and his football team went to Vancouver on Friday.

The team had to dress up – a white shirt, a tie, dress pants.

As well they took their uniforms and a lunch and money to flesh out the meals they needed to eat there

For Alex, the fresh vegetables were snack.

Alex specializes in vegetables now.

Beautiful peppers eaten like an apple, heads of romaine in Ziploc bags, and cut-up vegetables.

Unfortunately the fridge no longer held carrots.

... the worlds healthiest snack package ...
Rebecca and I went to pick Alex up at 10 pm when the ferry came in.

They won all three games. Alex cheered from the sides.

His arm is not healed enough from the last football break to be able to play.

And that is how the exhibition football team trip to Vancouver went down.

Duncan had early morning homework to finish.

At the end of this week, if students in his class have finished all of their assignments, they get Friday afternoon off.

If not, they stay at school and finish the assignments.

He is working to maintain the status of having all of his homework finished.

The promise of a free afternoon is taking a lot of his spare time these evenings.
