Two more nights of metopera.org

Wasn't "La Traviata" just the best tonight, even if it is the second time I have seen it?

I curbed the impulse to go in and watch it a third time.

If a person got tired of the singing (an impossibility), then they could just look at the costumes.

Or listen to the orchestra.

Or look at the set design.

Or wonder where Diana Damrau gets her acting skills as well as her singing skills.  Or a person could just listen to the tenor, Juan Diego Flórez. Or the bass voice of the father. Always a surprise to find he is an American.

Or a person could just wait for the fun of the inter-acts.

Or the film at the end about Yannick Nézet-Séguin.

There was just a lot going on tonight!

There are 2 more nights of free streaming.  Moiya joined in tonight.  It is easy.  At 7:30 just go to metopera.org.  David cast the show up onto Moiya's big TV so that must have been fun.
