Pulled Pork

I asked Richard to give me his recipe for the pulled pork they had on Michael's birthday.  He did.

Pulled Pork 

Ingredients: pork, BBQ Sauce, Thyme
  •  3 pork loins.  Enough to fill a large slow cooker. 
  • Add one bottle of BBQ sauce and 1 onion. 
Method: Put on low for 24 hours or until it pulls apart.

“How much thyme?” I ask Richard as I was busily transcribing the recipe.

“Thyme?  What are you talking about. I said time.  Time in the oven.  Time.  Time.”

And now I know how to do his pulled pork recipe.
