I asked Richard to give me his recipe for the pulled pork they had on Michael's birthday. He did.
Ingredients: pork, BBQ Sauce, Thyme
- 3 pork loins. Enough to fill a large slow cooker.
- Add one bottle of BBQ sauce and 1 onion.
“How much thyme?” I ask Richard as I was busily transcribing the recipe.
“Thyme? What are you talking about. I said time. Time in the oven. Time. Time.”
