I didn't get any of the Barbie poses that Hebe did. Those are on Catherine's camera. Hebe took along her Barbie doll to the exhibit. Hebe also did a video with the some text about the exhibit. Who knows if that will come off of her mother's camera or not. For sure they did at least 5 takes.
Then Hebe got to take her mother's camera and go around the exhibit, taking pictures of outfits she loved. There is going to have to be a lot of deleting going on for Catherine when she cleans up the photos from that event.
As well, we went to Winners when we tired of the Barbie Expo. Hebe was an expert, showing me around the toy department. She is hoping for an American Beauty Doll this Christmas. Last year Santa brought her a Maple Leaf Doll instead of an American Beauty doll and Hebe has not forgiven him. She is giving him one more try this year. But she has quite a few melt downs, not trusting that he can get it right the second time, if he couldn't get it right the first time. She did tell him "an American Beauty Doll". She thinks she might not have been specific enough, but how much more specific can a person be than that!
As well, Catherine has been staying late at work and Hebe does not like going to day-care. She had a big melt-down tonight, thinking about tomorrow and that she will have to stay at day-care again. She has asked that she be sent to live with her Aunt Bonnie, whom Hebe thinks will provide a happier home-life for her.
A compromise on sending her to B.C. to live with Bonnie, is that she gets to come home on the bus and I will be here at 3 pm to meet her at the door and then let her play on her ipad.
I will see if I can get Catherine to send me some of Hebe's Barbie Doll poses for you, Rebecca, to get back to the subject at hand.
