They occur in London and happen in a park just behind the store, John Lewis on Victoria Street.
What you do is buy your food at John Lewis in their deli downstairs in the basement where the food is. Then you take it across the street to the park and have a picnic. I would probably make quite a bit of money if I had $10 for everyone who reads this post and says, "Yes, I have been on such a picnic".
