Tenderloin

About twenty pounds of tender loin from the elk I shot today. 

It's amazing. 

Amazing.

Garlic salt. 

Montreal steak spice.


Oil.

We can get fancier but we don't need to tonight.

I've already been testing. Tastes like super soft beef.
